Recruit Training
The Basic Recruit Training Section is charged with the instruction and development of Entrant Officers who are seeking a career in law enforcement.
With over 150 years of collective law enforcement experience, the staff of the Basic Recruit Training Section provides the initial direction and foundation for beginning police officers readying them for their first function as patrol officers. Entrant Officers are educated on police practices, policies and techniques from experienced and well-versed officers and are often compelled to exceed their own expectations.
