       I want to take this opportunity to welcome you to our East Patrol Division web page.  I am Major Anthony Ell. Together, we can work toward the goal of improving the quality of life for everyone here.  Our division is filled with dedicated commanders, officers, and civilians that are committed to forging partnerships with the citizens and businesses of this community.

      Police departments are service organizations and we strive to provide the best service we can with professionalism and confidence for the citizens of Kansas City, Missouri.  We are also working on opening the lines of communication between the police and public and hope that you find our website a productive tool toward that objective.  Our website will present to you the resources available to East Patrol Division including the community groups we currently have strong partnerships with.
