On behalf of the civilians, officers, sergeants, and commanders of the Shoal Creek Patrol Division, we welcome the opportunity to make this community the safest in the city.  New homes, buildings and roads are being built every month.  Population has been increasing by more than 10% every year.  A huge percentage of our officers live and raise families within the boundaries of Shoal Creek.  We are your neighbors!

We have an outstanding relationship with the various neighborhood groups and are grateful for the assistance and cooperation citizens provide us on a daily basis, which helps us do our jobs more efficiently and effectively.  The three biggest concerns citizens within the boundaries of Shoal Creek voice are: Speeding in neighborhoods / Burglaries / Vandalism.  In the upcoming months, we are going to be targeting those three activities.  Your primary concerns are ours too!     

Regardless of the programs, or how efficiently we deliver services, what really matters is how well we deal with you.  When you call 911 and a police officer arrives or you come to the station, do you get treated with compassion and competence?  We realize that friends are won for the department when we treat you in a way we would treat our own family members.
