Suspect sought on anniversary of Johnathan Porter homicide

A year ago today, 23-year-old construction worker Johnathan Porter was murdered while replacing a gas line at 9th and Brooklyn. A suspect whom Porter did not know walked up to him and asked Porter for a cigarette. When the suspect did not get one, he shot Porter in the chest multiple times. The suspect is shown in this video. There is a $12,500 CASH REWARD available for anonymous information leading to an arrest. https://youtu.be/3tmhqCndb6M.
