This meeting was called to order at 1:01 p.m. by Commissioner Dean. Members of the Board attended the meeting via teleconference. Commissioner Tolbert had an excused absence.
A motion was made by Commissioner Garrett, with a second by Commissioner Wagner, to adjourn the open meeting at 1:04 p.m. and reconvene in closed session to discuss litigation matters. The vote was 3-1 in favor. Following polling, Commissioner Dean voted Aye, Commissioner Wagner voted Aye, and Commissioner Garrett voted Aye; and Mayor Lucas voted No.
The Board reconvened in closed session at 1:09 p.m.
