Missing From: 3420 Broadway Kincaid was last seen driving in the area of 3420 Broadway at about 6:30 a.m. Aug. 22, 2008. The vehicle he was driving was located a week later at 12th Street and Indiana. He has not been seen since, and his family fears he is the victim of foul play.
