We’re sorry to hear that you want to remove your cameras from the program, but we understand that things change!
Please use this form to request the removal of cameras you previously registered, or to submit any changes to existing cameras.
Allow a period of 3-5 business days for us to remove your information from our camera list. If an officer or detective is working from an outdated list of cameras, they may contact you though you’ve decided to remove the cameras from the system. If this occurs, please inform the officer or detective that you have stopped participation in the program.
Finally, if the contact information provided on the opt-out form does not match information on cameras that have been registered, a detective or sergeant may contact you to verify the removal information.
You can re-register any of your cameras at any time. We’d love to have your participation again in the future!
