PAL Halloween Track or Treat

PAL will host their annual Track or Treat Halloween Party on October 29 from 4:30pm – 6:30pm.  All youth are welcome to attend in costume and walk/run the PAL track for treats.  There will be games and activities for all the kids.  Volunteers and department members are welcome to attend as well.
